
Vicki and I have long bemoaned the fact that North Dakota gets very little tourism when – in truth – it has some of the most fascinating history in America. So over the coming months, we’ll be posting several articles and photos taken during our North Dakota travels.
This photo was taken at Theodore Roosevelt National Park, near Medora, ND. Roosevelt loved Dakota Territory and returned many times, including the difficult period in 1884 following the death of his wife and mother.
